Then we are the opticians for you.  Welcome to Rachel Murray Eyecare. Do you hate choosing new glasses? Are you bored of the same old styles of glasses you see elsewhere and end up leaving disappointed?

If so, you have come to the right place. We will take your problems and find eyewear that will fit you perfectly and make you feel fantastic.

We live by our motto: ‘See And Be Seen’.

Every face is unique. We believe that your eyewear should be unique too. We stock independent brands you won’t find elsewhere. Every pair of glasses we dispense are handpicked by us on our travels around Europe and brought back to the Northwest.

Have you ever stood in front of rows and rows of glasses and wondered what will suit you best? With our unique Eyewear Styling Consultation, we take the time to listen to what you want and need from your eyewear and bring it to you in a relaxed environment. We don’t do self service. We have the experience to narrow down our stock of over 1000 frames to the ones that will work best for you. We will even make it fun!

Each member of our team will use their years of optical experience and take the time to get things right first time. Not just with the technical side of correcting your vision, but also helping you choose eyewear to suit your personality. You’ll be guided by an experienced and knowledgeable member of the team who is passionate about what they do. We even offer a bespoke eyewear service.

Have used Rachel Murrays the last few years for all things optical !
Everytime im blown away by the experience they offer and their dedication to perfection. I’ve worn glasses since I was a toddler and I’m delighted that Rachel murray’s opticians have changed the way we think about glasses. I got my new specs from Rachel' s a few weeks ago, and as always first class service, staff are very experienced and helpful and they have the most up-to-date technologies for testing your eyes and fitting your glasses, and they use only the best suppliers of lenses and frames. I'm delighted with my new glasses and can thoroughly recommend Rachel Murray Eyecare

Always first class service and the aftercare is equally as good. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and look forward to getting another pair of glasses soon. The quality and choice of frames is superb. You get what you pay for and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending 'Team Rachel'. 👌👓👍

What can i say -this opticians is miles ahead of the rest in every way, equiptment, testing, compassion, professionalism and courtesy. After more than 40 years of simple eye test and glasses, I had a real issue with my sight that required surgery. Rachael facilitated the prompt appointment with the surgeon and talked me through what i could expect, which went a long way to allay my fears. After the surgery she and her team efficiently outfitted me with new glasses. The offices are beautiful, the selection of quality frames outstanding and the staff second to none. There is simply no comparison to any other in my long experience both in Ireland and abroad. They are the best.

I had wanted to visit Rachel Murray Eye Care for quite a while as I loved some of the brands. From the first point of contact with this opticians I had nothing but excellent service! I thought finding the perfect pair would take a while as I'm a bit fussy but my eye test and consultation were extremely professional and efficient. I had everything done within a half an hour. My glasses were even ready earlier than expected and when I collected them I loved them even more than when I first tried them on during the appointment.
Rachel Murray Eye Care have wonderfully friendly staff with loads of lovely little touches like chocolates and coffee to make it more personal. It really was a treat. Extremely highly recommended!!!
