The i.Profiler is unique because it allows us to take measurements of dilated pupils under low light vision conditions. i.Scription technology uses the information gathered from the examination with the i.Profiler in addition to our own measurements to produce an extremely precise prescription that matches your unique vision challenges.

In the past, we manually measured the distance between the eyes and the position of the pupils by marking the lenses with a felt tipped pen. Today, we can measure more precisely - to a precision of 1/10th of a millimeter. The i.Terminal provides all of the data necessary to objectively create lenses for your unique features. Lenses are precisely personalized for your face, frame & prescription.
Proper centration (the adjustment of the spectacle lenses to the frame) is as important as an accurate prescription for optimal vision.
Many things are taken in to account, such as the distance between the pupils, the proportions of the face, the tilt and wrap of the frames and even posture, to accurately position the lenses. Without these measurements, up to 40% of valuable visual acuity can be lost.
No face is symmetrical, and no two people's eyes are the same distance apart.
The fourth step of your individual ZEISS lens configuration uses ZEISS Centration Technology. It allows the position of the frame and lenses to be calculated to the nearest 1\10 of a millimeter, ensuring that your new ZEISS precision lenses provide 100% performace.
We offer you eye testing so advance that the lenses produced will be four times more accurate than any existing technology.
The fully automated testing equipment allows for an exact measurement of the eye's refractive surface and uneven contours. An eye test which maps approximately 3000 points is done automatically in under 90 seconds. The resulting lens, which offers up to 30% improvement of vision at night and in low light is designed according to the exact "fingerprint" of your eye, which means a dramatic improvement in night vision, colour and contrast discernment.
